Interactive Programmer

Trone Brand Energy is looking for an Interactive Programmer to join our team. The right candidate will have at least two years’ experience programming web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS 3, and JavaScript on the LAMP stack. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. The candidate should be able to create use cases and wireframes in order to properly communicate functionality to the internal team and also our clients. Experience converting layered PSDs to functional websites and HTML emails that render properly in the most popular browsers is required.

Senior Account Executive

Trone Brand Energy is looking for a Senior Account Executive who can bring energy and experience to highly detailed and high-volume accounts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic part of an integrated account team, managing and completing projects as assigned and collaborating with appropriate agency resources by providing tactical direction and ongoing project management to creative, media, online marketing, digital, production and other agency disciplines. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining documentation of all project details and be responsible for regular communication with the team including project briefs, status updates, client feedback and approvals. We are looking for candidates who have experience executing and synchronizing marketing plans across all forms of media, from traditional to social, as well as experience and a high level of comfort representing an agency in front of clients.

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3- 5 years advertising agency experience
  • Retail and Consumer industry experience preferred
  • Experience planning and executing against all forms of media, including digital and social
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring tools like Simply Measured and HootSuite
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Solid research, analytical, verbal, written and computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written client communication skills

Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies for digital marketing efforts to create revenue-driving programs that build relationships with clients, as well as online audiences through the use of various digital and social media platforms. The position involves working at both the strategic and operational level and providing direct hands-on contributions within our interactive marketing department. Campaign scopes include digital marketing, search marketing, SEO, PPC, ecommerce storefront management, marketing automation/email marketing management, social marketing and comprehensive Google Analytics services.

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (search marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing)
  • Experience in marketing of B2B and B2C web sites including ecommerce sites
  • Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to ensure quality, budgets and deadlines are met
  • Extremely goal focused with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work effectively at a strategic and operational level with many concurrent, active projects
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, writing and proofing skills & high attention to detail
  • Strong desire and proven track record of providing outstanding customer service

Preferred:

  • Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager certifications a strong plus
  • Understanding of API integration to email marketing platforms
  • Experience working in a traditional or digital marketing agency a strong plus
