Director of Digital Strategy

The Director of Digital Strategy will shape the vision, goals and direction for a digital solution, initiative or program. Our digital strategists are responsible for connecting our client's business objectives to a customer-centered solution that is measurable, scalable and aligned to the organization's strategic vision for growth.

You'll be expected to partner with clients and internal SME’s in our Digital Marketing Group (SEO/PPC/SEM/DatabaseMkt), and UX strategist working collaboratively and proactively to build consensus around long-term vision.

You'll teach and contextualize design thinking, build visioning roadmaps and create alignment throughout engagements. You'll lead digital based research efforts, customer experience mapping, quarterly planning with clients, consensus building initiatives and design thinking consultative efforts.

Must haves:

  • Experience building digital thought leadership — as a UX strategist, product manager/owner, or researcher
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with c-suite clients
  • Experience leading multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Passion for user-centered research, technology and measurement
  • Willingness to get hands dirty building deliverables, tools and methodologies to drive client success when needed especially GA, GAdwords, MOZ, Automated Email tools CRM, basic CMS knowledge and other analytical and research tools
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a digital marketing role at an agency or large marketing group at a brand
