Account Executive

Our Account Executives bring energy, fun and experience to highly detailed and high-volume accounts. Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic part of an integrated account team, managing and completing projects as assigned and collaborating with appropriate agency resources by providing tactical direction and ongoing project management to creative, media, production and other agency disciplines. Our Account Executives are responsible for maintaining documentation of all project details and be responsible for regular communication with the team including project briefs, status updates, client feedback and approvals. We are looking for candidates who have experience executing and synchronizing marketing plans across all forms of media, from traditional to social, as well as experience and a high level of comfort representing an agency in front of clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–4 years advertising agency experience
  • Retail and Consumer industry experience preferred
  • Experience planning and executing against all forms of media, including digital and social
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring tools like Simply Measured and Hootsuite
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Solid research, analytical, verbal, written and computer skills

Digital Marketing/Google Analytics Specialist

The Digital Marketing/Google Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies for digital marketing efforts. Such efforts will create revenue-driving programs that build relationships with clients, as well as online audiences through the use of various digital and social media platforms.

The position involves working at both the strategic and operational level while providing direct hands-on contributions within our Interactive department. Campaign scopes include Web marketing, search marketing, SEO, PPC, online mall management, email marketing, social marketing and comprehensive Google Analytics services.

Position musts:

  • Certified in Google Adwords (search, display and video)
  • Google Analytics
  • Other similar certifications a plus
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • 4-8 years experience, preferably in an agency

This is a staff level position located in either our High Point or Durham NC office.  Salary DOE

Interactive Programmer

Trone Brand Energy is looking for an Interactive Programmer to join our team. The right candidate will have at least two years’ experience programming web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS 3, and JavaScript on the LAMP stack. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. The candidate should be able to create use cases and wireframes in order to properly communicate functionality to the internal team and also our clients. Experience converting layered PSDs to functional websites and HTML emails that render properly in the most popular browsers is required.

IT Administrator

If you are an IT Administrator who can solve computer-related issues and maintain agency computers, phones and backup systems then we want you to apply. 

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • primary contact for support of all IT-related issues

  • day-to-day support of all network infrastructures, including servers, printers, firewalls, routers, WiFi access points, VPN devices and backup devices

  • Windows Active Directory and domain management

  • Windows server management and sysadmin of both physical and virtual servers, including setup, configuration, security, and patching

  • Office 365 management for agency employees

  • Directly assisting agency clients with DNS support, email hosting and provisioning, and website hosting and provisioning

  • managing back-up devices/coordinating archiving and off-site storage pickups

  • management of agency telephone equipment and Shoretel PBX/voicemail systems

  • day-to-day contact with vendors for technology services/products

  • working with agency departments to evaluate technology needs
  • Must have superior technical problem-solving skills, clear communication skills and the ability to write clear documentation are a must.
